2. Reservation Modifications: Reservation date changes will not be entertained within 7 days prior to your check-in date.
3. Rebooking Policy: Bookings can only be rebooked once. Please note that villa downgrades are not allowed.
4. Price Adjustments: Unit prices are subject to change, including rebooked units.
5. Additional Guests: Please inform us of any additional guests upon check-in. An additional charge of ₱ 1,500 per person, per night, will apply, while children who are 7 years old and below are accommodated free of charge
7. Corkage Fees: There is no corkage fee for food and drinks inside the villas and beach areas. However, corkage fees apply in the restaurant and common pool areas.
8. Late Check-Out Penalty: Without an incoming guest: 10% of the villa/room rate per hour. With an incoming guest: 20% of the villa/room rate per hour. Late check-out is subject to availability and prior confirmation.
9. Facility Care: Guests are expected to treat our facilities with care. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the renter.
10. Pool Attire: Proper swimming attire is required in our pool facilities. Women are to wear swimsuits or rash guards; men should wear boardshorts or swimming trunks.
11. Late Arrival Notification: If you plan to arrive after 2:00 PM, please notify Sundowners via SMS, phone call, or email. Without notification, and if we cannot reach you, your reservation may be released to walk-ins after 6:00 PM.
12. Unforeseen Events: Sundowners is not liable for any inconveniences caused by unforeseen events, natural calamities, or acts of nature.
13. Liability Waiver: Sundowners is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or fatalities that occur within the premises.
